Swedish artist Dottie Andersson has returned with a new single in the form of ‘Heavy Objects’. It’s a slice of indie-pop filled with razor-sharp attitude and a feel that combines cheekiness with a subtle melancholy to tell a story of letting go of emotions that weigh you down. Luscious electronic textures support her memorable voice, which pushes us toward that emotionally climactic final chorus.
